Today I did two Insanity workouts, “Cardio Power and Resistance” followed by “Cardio Recovery”. Why? Because I let time run away from me and didn’t workout yesterday. After both workouts I drank a Gatorade recovery chocolate protein shake. It was delicious! It was more rich than chocolate milk but still good.
Now I’m studying and relaxing my body because I have to teach my exercise boot camp class tonight. It’s the second day and I’ll be there if it rains or not. I’m excited! I’m encouraging people to do their best in order to be their best!
