Fit Test 1

  • Switch kicks: 35
  • Power jacks: 40
  • Power knees: 65
  • Power jumps: 30
  • Globe jumps: 8
  • Suicide jumps: 13
  • Push-up jacks: 30
  • Low plank oblique: 20

Fit Test 2

  • Switch kicks: 40
  • Power jacks: 55
  • Power knees: 110
  • Power jumps: 50
  • Globe jumps: 10
  • Suicide jumps: 16
  • Push-up jacks: 37
  • Low plank oblique: 25

I reached good numbers, especially doing power knees. I just hope I can keep making progress. We’ll see…three more fit tests.
